🔵ابطال بخشی از آیین نامه وزارت علوم/ ممنوعیت برای تحصیل همزمان خلاف قانون است
🔸 فقهای شورای نگهبان« ممنوع‌کردن تحصیل همزمان دانشجویان دوره‌های کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری» را مغایر شرع دانستند
🔹در پی طرح شکایتی نسبت به آیین‌نامه دوره‌های تحصیلی کاردانی، کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری تخصصی در دیوان عدالت اداری، شورای نگهبان اطلاق ۲ تبصره از این مصوبه را مغایر شرع دانست.
🔹این دو تبصره به شرح زیر بودند:
🔹تبصره ۲ ماده ۱۹: تحصیل همزمان دانشجوی دوره کارشناسی ارشد در کلیه شیوه های آموزشی و در کلیه دانشگاه‌ها (دولتی و غیردولتی) ممنوع است.
🔹تبصره ۲ ماده ۲۸: تحصیل همزمان دانشجوی دکتری تخصصی در همان دوره یا سایر دوره‌های تحصیلی ممنوع است.

🔹این دو تبصره به شرح زیر بودند:
