عدنان الغول… من رحم الحصار صنع الإرادة والسلاح.
هو الذي أطلق الشرارة الأولى للتصنيع العسكري في غزة، فحوّل المستحيل إلى واقع، والبندقية إلى صاروخ.
ابتكر أولى عبوات القسام وصواريخها، وأسس مدرسةً للمجاهدين تجمع بين العقل والإيمان، بين الفكرة والعمل. غرس في الأجيال عقيدة الاعتماد على الذات، فصار إرثه علمًا ومنهجًا في كل سلاحٍ يصنعه أبناء القسام اليوم.
اغتيل بصاروخٍ غادر، لكن فكره بقي حيًّا في كل مقاوم، وصوته يدوّي في كل معركة.
رحل "أبو الصواريخ"، وبقيت بصماته في كل سلاح يُطلق دفاعًا عن الأرض والإنسان.
رحم الله أبا بلال،،، من علّم المقاومة أن تكون عقلًا وسيفًا، علمًا ونارًا، فكرةً لا تموت.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
