جرى خلال اللقاء مناقشة آليات التنسيق وتسريع الإجراءات التنظيمية، بمشاركة الأستاذ خالد ياسين ومدراء مكاتب المنطقة.

اللقاء خلُص إلى رؤية مشتركة لتسهيل الخدمات وتحسين سير العمل، مع التأكيد على أهمية التواصل المستمر بين المديريات لمواجهة التحديات ومعالجتها.
