В первом находятся администрация, сотрудники хороших научных лабораторий и производств внутри университета, часть студентов, а также все выпускники и абитуриенты. Во втором контуре находятся преподаватели, студенты-"целевики" и студенты, учащиеся из-за отсрочки (то есть те, кто выбирал место обучения не по любви, а вынуждено), а так же некотаая часть администрации, существование которой обусловлено политически.
Оба контура характеризуются разной экономикой, разным подходом к деятельности как таковой. В первом всё просто: либо живи по рынку, либо нет сотрудника. В первом контуре господствует корпоративная культура. Во втором: а куда идти? Во-первых, нет спроса, во-вторых, преподавать - это Долг, а не работа. Во втором контуре господствует какая-то другая (мессианская) культура.
И эти контуры мало соприкасаются. Причём неприязнь обоюдна. Считается, что переход из одного контура в другой портит человека. А именно эти переходы только и могут разрушить контурные ограничения.
