از نگاه نگارنده مشکل در تامین ماده اولیه شرکت را باید در سیاست‌های ارزی غلط بانک مرکزی جویا شد. چون نظام چند نرخی ارز برای نهاده‌ها به خصوص کالای اساسی وجود دارد امکان تامین ذرت مهیا نیست و قیمت‌های نسبی را به هم ریخته است.
زمانی‌که گفته می‌شود فرزین چگونه با سیاست ارزی رانتی خود تولید را با مشکل مواجه کرده می‌توان در این نمونه مشاهده کرد. تولید شگستر متوقف شده است چون در این میان ذرت با وجود واردات قابل توجه برای مصرف ماده اولیه تولید وجود ندارد!!!
در جلسات محتلف دولت با بخش خصوصی و بانک مرکزی نیز مطرح شده که سیاست چند نرخی و رانتی ارز صرفا کمر تولید را می‌شکند و سود رانتی به جیب دلالان خواهد بود.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
