به استحضار مخاطبان گرانقدر برنامه سیمای خانواده می‌رساند در ثانیه‌های پایانی برنامه به مورخ ۲۱ مهرماه، بر اثر سهل‌انگاری و خطای فردی، بخشی از موسیقی یک فیلم سینمایی ایرانی پخش شد که در آن حدود شرعی رعایت نشده بود. مسئولان برنامه در بدو اتفاق متوجه این اشتباه شده و ضمن برخورد جدی با عامل این سهل‌انگاری، راه اشتباه مجدد را بستند.
به این وسیله از مخاطبان و همراهان همیشگی سیمای خانواده برای این اشتباه عذرخواهی می‌نماییم و از این که این برنامه باسابقه، که پایگاه سبک زندگی اسلامی‌ایرانی است و با محتوایی برگرفته از ارزش‌های اسلام و انقلاب و با کارشناسانی متخصص و متعهد، مورد توجه و دقت انبوه مخاطبین تیزبین است بر خود می‌بالیم.
دست‌اندرکاران سیمای خانواده از عموم خانواده‌های مومن و آگاه ایرانی که با نگاه نقادانه و دغدغه‌مند، فرزندان خود را در این برنامه با امر به معروف و نهی از منکر یاری کردند، کمال تشکر را دارد.»
