Пользуясь случаем хочу напомнить, что Никите Журавелю также вменяли ч. 2 ст. 148 УК РФ, то есть «оскорбление чувств верующих» совершенные в местах, специально предназначенных для проведения богослужений, других религиозных обрядов и церемоний.
Но только разница здесь в том, что Журавель, как мы выяснили, находился почти в 100 метрах от мечети в кустах, поэтому максимум, что ему грозило — ч. 1 ст. 148 УК РФ, то есть до года лишения свободы, который он уже отсидел в мае (да Журавель сидит уже второй год).
В общем, сегодняшний случай показал, что дикарей могут паковать очень оперативно. Была бы на то воля.
