70 тысяч изношенных лифтов в России продлят свое существование на еще пять лет. Об этом заявил Виталий Мутко, глава компании ДОМ.PФ:
«Естественно, мы их продлим еще на пять лет, это понятно».
Напоминаем, что уже 1 января 2025 г. у этих лифтов наступает предельный срок службы в 25 лет.
✏️ Минстрой сообщал: на весну текущего года в РФ наблюдается более 600 тыс. лифтов с износом до 50%. К 2025 г. предстояло заменить более 140 тыс. лифтов из 97 тыс. уже отслуживших, а 43 тыс. со сроком эксплуатации до 2024 г. Всё это будет стоить около 300 млрд ₽.

"We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
