Напомню, что в соответствии с изменениями в ЖК РФ с 1 марта 2025 года в ГИС ЖКХ должен быть реализован функционал в личном кабинете собственника Онлайн-обращение 10% собственников в УО/ТСЖ/ЖСК для организации и проведения общего собрания собственников. ⏳ У Оператора ГИС ЖКХ на это было несколько лет.
⁉️Что сделал Оператор? Правильно – «забил». Оператор просто продолжает «гордиться» качеством данных в ГИС ЖКХ, но История жизни дома показала, что реальное их качество не выдерживает никакой критики.
