Недавно "Самолет" обещал начать заселять покупателей квартир в четвертой очереди (корпуса 14, 15, 16) на следующей неделе (15 апреля), но управился со всеми делами быстрее и выдал первые ключи уже сегодня.
Напомним, что жилье комфорт-класса сдается с отделкой и мебелью, но из-за нехватки на рынке труда рабочих рук задержалось на три месяца.
Согласно данным Единого ресурса застройщиков, средний перенос сроков сдачи жилья в России сегодня составляет пять месяцев. "Самолет" решил проблему оперативно.
Новоселам повезло, т.к. в районе уже есть вся необходимая инфраструктура: две школы и три детских сада, строится поликлиника. В ЖК благоустроенные дворы и просторные входные группы, а квартиры уже с ремонтом, поэтому не будет периода шумных работ.
