Я уже писал, что нигде об официальном торжественном открытии Ёлки на театральной площади в Луганске не было. Однако в соцсетях ходил слух, что открытие будет 20 числа. В итоге имеем толпу людей на театралке, которые так и не получили ожидаемых эмоций. На сайте горадминистрации информации нет до сих пор. Повторюсь, из-за эпидограничений открытия ёлки скорее всего не будет.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
