Покушение произошло 23 сентября — «Шевроле-Авео», принадлежащий военному, взорвали с помощью СВУ весом 500 грамм в тротиловом эквиваленте. К сожалению, никто не пострадал.
ₚашистские спецслужбы установили, что к взрыву причастен 61-летний Вячеслав Пискунов — гражданин Беларуси, зарегистрированный в Чехии и проживающий в Севастополе.
Следователи провели обыск и нашли в Севастополе целый схрон, принадлежащий Пискунову: электродетонаторы, почти 2 кг гексогена, пистолет-пулемет и 138 патронов.
По версии сотрудников СК, из имеющихся компонентов 20 сентября мужчина собрал СВУ и установил бомбу на машину ₚашистского орка. В отношении него возбудили дело за попытку убийства, хранение взрывчатых веществ и умышленное повреждение имущества.

NEWS Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access.
