Пример - "утильсбор", который никакого отношения к утилизации авто не имеет.
Сначала расписали его на 5 лет - до 2030 года, с постепенным повышением до миллиона с лишним рублей.
И вдруг - для мощных автомобилей, а это самые экологичные, не отравляющие воздух электромобили и последовательные гибриды - Минпромторг предложил ввести сборы, фактически, в два миллиона рублей уже с 1 ноября.
Много людей уже заказали и оплатили свои авто. Ожидают их прибытия в ближайшие месяцы и растаможку, стоимостью 1,5-1,7 млн., которая, кстати, у наших партнёров по единому таможенному пространству - нулевая.
И вдруг: "А нам мало! Готовьте ещё пару миллионов! И не в 2030-м, а в этом году!"
Причём, этим шагом убивают бизнес и не увеличат поступления в бюджет, а наоборот - значительно уменьшат.
Вот такие "планировщики" в Правительстве РФ. Какой уж тут 2036 год? Сотрясение воздуха...
