Налоговая служба в письме от 11.02.2025 № БС-16-11/33@ напомнила налогоплательщикам, что деньги, которые перевели на карту физлицу, например, в качестве оплаты проданного имущества или в качестве вознаграждения за оказанные услуги, признаются доходом такого физического лица, подлежащим обложению НДФЛ в законодательно установленном порядке.
🎁 Если деньги были получены физлицом безвозмездно, в том числе банковским переводом, они не подлежат обложению НДФЛ. Факт банковского перевода денежных средств между физическими лицами не является объектом налогообложения.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
