Англо-шведская фармацевтическая компания AstraZeneca подписала соглашение с китайским производителем лекарств CSPC Pharmaceutical Group на сумму свыше $5 млрд.
Сотрудничество направлено на поиск и разработку доклинических вариантов лечения хронических заболеваний. CSPC будет проводить исследования с использованием технологий искусственного интеллекта в городе Шицзячжуан (провинция Хэбэй).
AstraZeneca выплатит $110 млн авансом, CSPC сможет получить до $1,62 млрд за достижения в разработке и еще $3,6 млрд в виде премий за объемы продаж.
В марте компания также заявила о планах инвестировать $2,5 млрд в новый R&D-центр в Пекине.
