В опубликованной в Москве в 2008 году при содействии фонда «Вольное дело» Олега Дерипаски и библиотеки-фонда «Русское зарубежье» книге «Казаки зарубежья» мы видим опубликованную фотографию нацистского коллаборациониста походного атамана Николая Кулакова, служившего у гитлеровцев.

О Кулакове в издании с пиететом говорят, что он был полным Георгиевским кавалером.

Одна незадача, с точки зрения издателей, его СМЕРШ поймал.
