Рынок акций застройщиков продолжает лететь вниз

🔸«Группа ЛСР»: за это время потеряла 13,5%, до 654 рублей за ценную бумагу;

🔸«Эталон»: -19,9%, до 47 рублей;

🔸«Инград»: -4,92%, до 1586 рублей (маленький объем торгов, поэтому менее чувствительны);

🔸Ниже всех «Самолет»: ушёл в минус на 30%, до 910 рублей за акцию (на 40 рублей ниже, чем цена за ценную бумагу, с которой «Самолет» вышёл на IPO в 2020 году). И это неудивительно: как нам известно, корпоративный долг компании уже под триллион рублей.

Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
