19-ти юношам и девушкам их первый главный документ вручили заместитель Главы г.о. Электросталь Сергей Бобков и заместитель начальника отдела по вопросам миграции УМВД России по г.о. Электросталь Жанна Кирюшина. Они напомнили молодым людям о том, какие права, обязанности и возможности у них появились, пожелали им успехов, поддержки близких и веры в себя.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
