С момента своего назначения выходец из Росстата и земляк губернатора Павла Малковане сделал ничего, чтобы решить многочисленные проблемы Рязанщины.
За сентябрь областное правительство ни на шаг не приблизилось к тому, чтобы разобраться с ужасной экологией, низким уровнем жизни, разбитыми дорогами и прочими «радостями».
Увы, но Бранов – лишь часть печальной тенденции. Малков назначает на ответственные посты своих земляков и бывших коллег, которые никак себя не проявляют 👎

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
