Раньше это слово и не могло появиться, так как понятия "наличный" и "безналичный" связаны с особенностями двухконтурной советской денежной системы. А понятие "обналички", "обнала" - с её сломом, когда безналичные деньги кооператорами переводились в наличные, чем подрывалась целостность системы.
"Обналичить чек" невозможно, так как чек - это документ на получение денег со счета. Нечто вроде нашего нынешнего перевода, но растянутого во времени. Никаких "безналичных" денег в Российской Империи не было и обналичить ничего было нельзя.
