На заседание в понедельник были вызваны 17 свидетелей, из них для дачи показаний явились 5.
Всего в рамках уголовного дела предстоит допросить порядке 100 свидетелей.
Джабиев был подозреваемым в покушении на главу МВД республики, 28 августа 2020 года он скончался после допроса в криминальной милиции. Его смерть вызвала широкий общественный резонанс.
