Инцидент произошёл 28 октября в посёлке Каразей. 10-летний водитель квадроцикла Avantish вёз своего 12-летнего товарища. В какой-то момент пассажир упал на дорогу. Подросток получил травмы и был госпитализирован.
Выясняются все обстоятельства происшествия. Владельца квардоцикла ждёт крупный штраф. Также будут оштрафованы родители детей — за ненадлежащее воспитание сыновей.
