Генеральная прокуратура РФ внесла представление об устранении нарушения законодательства председателю Духовного управления мусульман (ДУМ) после фетвы, где было допущено религиозное многоженство.
В ведомстве заявили:
«Богословское заключение Совета улемов Духовного управления мусульман России от 17.12.2024 «Проблематика многоженства в мусульманском сообществе России» противоречит действующему законодательству и основам государственной семейной политики в области сохранения и укрепления традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей».
Закон один для всех, и ДУМ должно его уважать. Без этого не может быть порядка в государстве.
