🔹️روزنامه کیهان در سرمقاله خود بدون اشاره مستقیم به سخنان عباس صالحی وزیر ارشاد که از کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی کشور گفته بود نوشت:
🔹در حسن باطن بعضی مقامات فرهنگی کشور که متأسفانه پا در رکاب دشمن در سیاه‌نمایی از ایران و رو به تهدید نشان دادن آن هستند، لزوماً تردید وجود ندارد، اما چرا آنان در کار تکمیل پازل دشمن هستند؟
🔹مسئولان وزارت‌خانه‌های فرهنگی کشور، پا در میدان بیان حقایق موجود ایران هستند یا پا در رکاب دشمن در ناتوان معرفی کردن ایرانِ «جمهوری اسلامی»اند؟ دردمندانه باید گفت بخش قابل توجهی از دست‌اندرکاران فرهنگی فعلی پا در رکاب ناتوان معرفی کردن کشور و تاریک نشان دادن افق ایران هستند!/ چند ثانیه

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
