Чтобы не говорить о грустном, рассуждал о том, что меня порадовало - внедрение КС концепции публичного домена в наше право в деле сочинских садоводов. Я об этом много писал на канале. Жаль только, что оговорился и вместо 129 ГК сказал 209 (спасибо Александру Гуне за то, что обратил внимание).
Безусловно лучшая мысль, услышанная сегодня - от Н.С. Бондаря (судья КС в отставке): собственность помогает жить, но очень мешает спать. Это довольно тонкое замечание.
