Однаиз самых неоднозначных для меня номинаций. Потому что вообще зачем и для кого делать видеопрезнтацию проекта? Кто будет смотреть эти фильмы по 2-4 минуты? Собственники компании, что бы потешить самолюбие и увеличить своё «чувство важности»? Сложный вопрос, смысл делать наверное есть. Но от этого стандартного формата показа рендеров с титрами (часто без озвучки) нужно уходить точно всем девелоперам.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
