Мы увидели претензию, коллеги провели расследование, всё выяснили… а вот вернуться с обратной связью к Маргарите Симоновне не получилось, ибо наш аккаунт у неё в блоке. Но писать на почту было бы странно, ведь запрос она не присылала ✉️
И тогда мы решили бахнуть репост претензии и открытое обращение в телеге. С чистой совестью и открытым сердцем, готовые обнять всех, у кого для нашего огорода припасен камень.
Конечно пришлось объяснять части коллег, что мы не сошли с ума.
Лично мне сначала было страшно, но мы получили кучу поддержки от пациентов, плюс смогли помочь нескольким людям с их претензиями.
