Сейчас, если возникает ситуация, когда застройщик должен уплатить неустойку, возместить убытки, то период с 1 июля 2023 г. до 31 декабря 2024 г. в расчет не включается.
Предполагается, что с 2025 года все вернется на круги своя. К застройщику применятся санкции, если он не передаст объект в обозначенный срок или что-то накосячит с качеством. Пока это только разговоры, ждем.
