Сегодня в Донецкой филармонии отметили День медицинского работника в весьма необычном формате! Вернее, для Донецкой филармонии формат уже привычный, ведь концерты в рамках цикла «Музыка и здоровье» проводятся с 2016 года. И все 9 лет бессменным ведущим эти концертов являются уникальный человек, доктор медицинских наук, профессор Эмиль Яковлевич Фисталь, который в свои 86 лет продолжает работать в клинике, ведёт программы и пишет стихи. А ещё является моим коллегой по Народному Совету Донецкой Народной Республики! Является одним из самых дисциплинированных депутатов. Вместе со своей соведущей, врачом-психотерапевтом Галиной Фирсовой Эмиль Яковлевич рассказал о благотворном влиянии ритмов и мелодий джаза на самочувствие человека.

But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
