Ничего не плохо! Это естественный процесс: заимствование языком тех слов, для которых в нём нет специальных обозначений. Так всегда было, и двести лет назад, и пятьсот, и во времена Кирилла и Мефодия.
А если кто считает, что говорить пристало, только како испоконъ на Руси людiе говорили, — ну-ка, переведите-ка на испоконно-русский следующую фразу: «Программист на конференции во время кофе-брейка лайкает в социальной сети мемы». 😁
