Нагорный парк во Владивостоке растёт в ширину. Не так давно на южном склоне сопки, ниже видовой площадки, появилась деревянная конструкция. Это опалубка под ещё одну смотровую площадку, часть которой будет «парить» в воздухе - ключевой элемент третьей очереди парка, которую будет видно с противоположной стороны бухты Золотой Рог.
С видовой консоли будет открываться красивый вид на Золотой Рог. А сам объект будет видно с другого берега бухты, что сделает его главным архитектурным творением парка. Новая площадка будет продолжать «легенду» Нагорного парка, о которой можно узнать на других объектах, например, в пещере Грот. Также предполагается, что в рамках третьей очереди на склоне появятся теневой навес с трибуной, нижняя терраса, смотровая площадка в лесу. Здесь обустроят фотозону, полянку под дубом и площадку под названием «луг». И, конечно же, множество тропинок вдоль склона для променада.
