براساس پیش‌بینی‌های هواشناسی و تصمیمات کارگروه شرایط اضطرار آلودگی هوا استان، به اطلاع می‌رساند که به دلیل پایداری هوا، افزایش رطوبت (مه)، کاهش دما و تجمع آلاینده‌ها در روز یکشنبه، 2 دی ماه، فعالیت تمامی مراکز آموزشی در شهرهای اهواز و آبادان به صورت غیرحضوری برگزار می‌شود. همچنین دانشگاه‌ها در این دو شهر تعطیل خواهند بود.
