📈На 16% вырастет минимальный взнос на капремонт МКД в Москве в 2025 году
Размер взноса на капитальный ремонт общего имущества в домах Москвы с 1 января 2025 года составит 29,66 рублей в месяц с квадратного метра площади помещения.
Соответствующие изменения вносятся постановлением Правительства Москвы от 06 декабря 2024 года №2800-ПП.
Сейчас минимальный взнос на капремонт – 25,58 руб. за кв.м.
