Постановлением Курчатовского городского суда к административной ответственности привлечен местный житель, нарушивший ПДД, в результате чего водителю мопеда был причинен вред здоровью
Из материалов дела следует: в сентябре 2024 года 70 - летний житель Курчатова Александр Комаров, передвигаясь по улицам города на автомобиле, при повороте не предоставил преимущество в движении мопеду. Произошло ДТП, водителю мопеда был причинен вред здоровью средней степени тяжести.
В судебное заседание Комаров и потерпевший не явились.
Судом Александр Комаров признан виновным в совершении административного правонарушения, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.12.24 КоАП РФ, ему назначено наказание в виде штрафа в размере 20 тыс. рублей.
