Суд розглядав апеляційну скаргу від міністерства та Будинку органної й камерної музики щодо рішення 24 січня 2025 року. Тоді Дніпропетровський окружний район суд зобов'язав Мінкульт повернути будівлю костелу релігійній громаді.
