Договор на комплексное развитие территории (КРТ) на улице Магистральная в Тамбове получило ООО СЗ «Тепличный» — структура воронежской ГК «Еврострой» депутата Воронежской облдумы Михаила Гусева. Это следует из документации торгов.
На участие в аукционе поступила только заявка «Тепличного», поэтому процедуру признали несостоявшейся, а договор решили заключить с единственным участником по начальной цене в 15,6 млн руб.
Площадь участка под КРТ составляет 3,24 га. Он расположен рядом с трассой Р-22. Проект включает строительство многоквартирных домов общей площадью не более 18,2 тыс. кв. м. В течение семи лет «Тепличный» должен возвести дома высотой не более семи этажей, с максимальной жилой площадью не менее 26,6 тыс. кв. м и нежилой — не менее 720 кв. м. Также предусмотрено озеленение территории и создание 210 парковочных мест.
