Вся экосистема COAF Smart Armavir займет громадную территорию в 90 гектаров. Она включит в себя центр ребенка и семьи для детей 3-6 лет, образовательный Smart-центр для детей и подростков 6-18 лет, образовательные сады, cоциальное предприятие, водохранилище, миндальные сады, спорт-комплекс, отель.
Весь комплекс строится на пожертвования Акопа Юреджяна, американского филантропа армянского происхождения. Планируется до 2028 года инвестировать около $14 млн.
