Также надзорное ведомство обнаружило, что «Башнефть-добыча» не разработала проекты рекультивации поврежденных земельных участков.
Должностные лица организации привлечены к административной ответственности. Также прокуратура выписала штраф на сумму более 80 тыс. руб. и вынесла предупреждение. В адрес гендиректора компании Сергея Нонявы внесено представление.
