«Що ми пропонуємо: участь партнерів у фінансуванні українських збройних сил та, відповідно, інтеграцію української армії в оборонну систему Європи. Витрати на забезпечення українських збройних сил для безпеки Європи становитимуть невелику частку ВВП ЄС», — розповів міністр. За його словами, ці витрати можна розподілити між країнами, які готові доєднатися до ініціативи, і включити до розрахунку оборонних витрат відповідно до зобовʼязань цих країн перед НАТО.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing?
