🔵26-32% – принимают витамины, регулярно проходят медосмотры, соблюдают режим сна, избегают сильного солнца.
🔵9-19% – пользуются антивозрастной косметикой или народными средствами, отдыхают в санатории, управляют стрессом, используют гаджеты для здоровья, проходят косметологические процедуры.

❗️Интересно, что женщины отмечают почти все перечисленные меры по поддержанию здоровья и молодости гораздо чаще мужчин, но о занятиях спортом представители обоих полов говорят с одинаковой частотой.
