Из интересных апдейтов:
- теперь UIKit поддерживает @Observable
- Добавлен новый метод для UIView и UIViewController updateProperties, который вызывается перед layoutSubviews()
- лайфцикл через UIScene теперь будет обязательный с iOS 26
