Буквально в течение нескольких дней после того, как мы обратили внимание на сложности с обратной связью, получили позицию WB по проблемным кейсам, которые долгое время буксовали.
Все вопросы решены в пользу селлеров: штрафы сняли, часть пересчитали. В итоге бизнес СОХРАНИТ более 30 млн рублей.
