Тем не менее предстоит еще на законодательном уровне прийти к балансу интересов всех участников этого рынка: предпринимателей, продавцов, покупателей. Сейчас всестороннее обсуждается проект закона, закрепляющего правовые основы платформенной экономики. И нужно его принимать быстрее, чтобы были обозначены и рамки взаимодействия, и ответственность всех участников в данной сфере деятельности.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
