His Eminence Menri Ponlop Rinpoche and Chaphur Rinpoche will teach the Five Elements practices, explaining the meaning and properties of each, then leading participants into the practice.

🌿 The five Elements constitute an integral part of Tibetan cosmology and are necessary to understand the interdependence of all phenomena in the universe. Space, earth, water, fire and air are the basic elements of all manifestations - not only in the outer world, but also in our physical bodies and subtle energetic bodies.
Each element represents a certain energetic quality and at the same time it takes a physical form. Like all forms, they exist separately, but at the same time in interdependence - they need each other, support and influence each other to create a cohesive whole within a single being. When the balance of the Five Elements is disturbed, diseases, negative emotions and disharmony appear.

🌿 Each of the five elements brings about a certain transformation:
• Space - clears the mind of entanglements, opens and allows to recognize pure living space.
• Air - transforms pride into peace, supports flexibility and clear communication.
• Fire - transforms greed and desire into generosity, fosters creativity.
• Water - transforms jealousy into openness, brings a calm presence.
• The Earth - transforms ignorance into wisdom, gives stability and grounding.

🔥 The Six Yogas of Naropa 21-Weeks of Teaching & Commentary with Gosia & Jonas Over 🔥
Starting December 4, 2025, Online via Zoom

This series is an in-depth presentation on the profound Six Yogas of Naropa, and we will follow the practical commentary of Jonas Over, covering the preliminary practices, the actual Yogas of Tummo/Inner Fire, Illusory Body, Dream, Clear Light, Intermediate State, and Consciousness Transference, as well as Karmamudra and Mahamudra.
Throughout the series we will be reading the complete commentary and elaborating and teaching on each section. We will be placing special emphasis on the Illusory Body practices of Highest Yoga Tantra and will also read other commentaries on the subject, such as Lama Tsongkhapa's Five Stages of Guhyasamaja, elaborating on its meaning and practical applications.

✔️ Prerequisites:
It is a prerequisite to have a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment in order to attend the teachings.
If you haven't received a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment yet you are invited to take part in the empowerment of Luipa’s Chakrasamvara on November 29 & 30, 2025 which Lama Jhampa will bestow.

Ajahn Cattamalo is the Abbot of Muttodaya Forest Monastery, Germany. Born in Germany, he was ordained in 1988 in the Wat Nong Pa Pong tradition of Ajahn Chah in North-east Thailand. He spent 7 years in various monasteries throughout Thailand practicing and studying with different meditation teachers of the forest tradition. He then spent 13 years at Bodhinyana Monastery in Perth, Australia, during the last 5 years of which he was vice-abbot assisting Ajahn Brahm. Ajahn Cattamalo left Bodhinyana Monastery in 2008 for Germany to assist in the setting up of Muttodaya Forest Monastery.
