📄 Участникам предлагается написать сценарий для сериала (4-8 серий) в жанре военной драмы о «Вкладе народов СССР в Победу в Великой Отечественной войне». Принять участие в конкурсе может любой желающий.
Конкурс пройдёт в 2 этапа:
• С 25 апреля по 3 сентября 2025 года — приём заявок конкурсантов.
• С 4 сентября по 4 ноября 2025 года — рассмотрение заявок экспертами, подведение итогов и награждение победителей.

Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
