Проснулась сегодня за 15 минут до начала тренировки – первый раз за 3 года что-то проспала 😜

2 недели назад начала ходить в спортзал. Занимаюсь с персональным тренером 3 раза в неделю. Болит всё. Но боль приятная, чувствую что у меня есть мышцы, что происходят изменения к лучшему.
Видимо, изменения – это всегда немножко больно) Но результат того стоит. И это уже не про спорт 🌚

P.S.: после сдачи немецкого наконец-то появилось немного свободного времени и очень много моральных сил 😁
