Причиной возможного ухода Голубева эксперты издания называют его длительное пребывание на губернаторском посту. Сейчас он один из глав-долгожителей: Голубев был назначен еще президентом Дмитрием Медведевым в 2010 году. Третий срок полномочий главы Ростовской области истекает в 2025 году.
Хотя эксперты называют его «прирожденным губернатором», часть из них отмечает, что сейчас «вопрос не в претензиях к нему, а в том, что надо давать дорогу молодым».
Всего неделю назад компания «Минченко консалтинг» в своем рейтинге «Госсовет 2.0», отмечая долгий срок работы Голубева, заявляла, что «укорененность в политической элите во многом нивелирует данный фактор в качестве влияющего на устойчивость позиций».
Ближайшее время покажет, кто окажется прав: сторонники перемен или опыта.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
