Сегодня во Франции группа объявила об очередном закрытии 2 389 рабочих мест. Довольно чувствительно, ведь всего по стране в компании состоят 54 000 чел.
Ранее в 2020 г Ашан отправил на "добровольное" увольнение 500 сотрудников, а потом закрыл ещё 1 475 ставок.
Также во Франции идёт процесс сокращения сети магазинов Casino, в результате чего уволены будут 3 000 сотрудников.
По официальным данным, в холдинге Elo, куда входит Ашан, сейчас рекордно низкие показатели прибыли. Главной причиной руководство называет тот факт, что концепция гипермаркетов такого типа устарела.👨🦳 Ну а также инфляция, конкуренция и всё такое...
В связи с этим владельцы думают сократить число магазинов Ашан по всей Европе на 25%.
