در این سه سال گه‌گاه خبر دستگیر شدن بعضی از کسانی که به این نوع کلاهبرداری مربوط بوده‌اند شنیده شده اما تلاش برای پیشگیری از تشکیل و توسعۀ چنین مراکزی کافی نبوده.
