✨با سپاس از همه هنرمندان فرهیخته‌ای که با آثار خود رنگ تازه‌ای به این جشنواره بخشیدند، برگزیدگان در سه بخش اصلی به شرح زیر اعلام می‌گردند:

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
